How does Fuelstate calculate my fuel plan?
A deterministic sports-science algorithm factors in your body weight, run distance, duration, intensity, terrain, and conditions to calculate carbohydrate, hydration, and sodium targets. No guesswork — everything is based on exercise physiology research.
Does Fuelstate access my health data?
Fuelstate can optionally read HealthKit data such as heart rate and workouts to improve plan accuracy. HealthKit data is used only for fueling features, workout import or matching, and saving completed Fuelstate runs back to Apple Health. If you create an account, Fuelstate profile, run records, and workout-derived summaries may sync so you can restore them across devices. We do not sell health data or share it with advertisers.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open Fuelstate → Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID — as long as you're signed in to the same Apple ID, your access will restore automatically.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Fuelstate → Cancel. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account in-app (Settings → Account → Delete Account) or via our account deletion page. All your data is permanently removed within 30 days.
What products does Fuelstate support?
Fuelstate includes a built-in catalog of common endurance nutrition products — gels, chews, drink mixes, electrolytes, salt tabs. You can also add custom products from your own kit.
